Refund and Return Policy for Dreamlife PH

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policies regarding returns, replacements, and refunds below.

1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged during transit, is defective (e.g., compromised seals, packaging leaks), or if you received the wrong item, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement.

  • Reporting Window: You must report the issue to our support team within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving your package based on the courier’s delivery timestamp.

  • Proof of Damage (Required): To protect against fraudulent claims, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened for the first time and clearly displaying the defect, damage, or discrepancy.

2. Adverse Reactions and Side Effects

We take the safety of our food supplements, coffees, and soaps very seriously. If you experience an unexpected or severe adverse allergic reaction or side effect from using our products:

  • Discontinue use of the product immediately.

  • Contact our support team with details regarding the reaction.

  • Resolution: While individual physiological results naturally vary and are not strictly guaranteed, claims regarding genuine health side effects will be reviewed compassionately on a case-by-case basis for a partial or full store credit/refund. We may request photos or additional context to pass along to our product quality management teams.

  • Quality Assurance: Because all Dreamlife PH products are FDA-Approved, they undergo strict quality control before dispatch. Genuine adverse reactions are rare, but if your skin or body reacts negatively to an ingredient, we will handle your case with the utmost priority and review it for an immediate solution or store credit.

3. Standard Returns (Unopened Items)

If you simply change your mind or bought the wrong variant, you may return the item within seven (7) days of delivery under the following strict conditions:

  • The product must be completely unopened, unused, unsealed, and in its original retail packaging.

  • Due to health, hygiene, and product safety regulations, we cannot accept standard returns for any food supplement, coffee, or soap that has had its plastic wrap, safety seal, or box opened.

  • Shipping Costs: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for covering all return shipping fees back to our fulfillment hub.

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved (or your item is received and inspected at our hub):

  • We will notify you via email or SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method or through local digital wallets (such as GCash or Maya) within 3 to 5 business days.
